Abstract: Cybersecurity problems of modern IoT devices are reviewed in the article. The data integrity problem of IoT infrastructure was also highlighted in the article. Ef-fective data transmission speed in IoT networks research method are reviewed in the ar-ticle. Error grouping factor according to existing networks analysis was introduced. Crit-ical parameters of backbone data transmission networks are analyzed. Application of noise-immune codes for data integrity securing in IoT infrastructure energy efficiency was researched. Possibility of special code tables application for traffic that is being transmitted by IoT devices reducing and for noise-immunity increasing is presented.
