Abstract:

Following the recent trends and involvement of social networks in practically every field of life, this work represents an approach to create a recommender system that utilizes social network analysis (SNA) trustworthiness metrics in our two-mode network, which is composed by taking into account social and touristic profiles of the users. By using Exponential Ranking and In-Inverse centrality metrics on ranking the recommendations, we achieved feasible results on satisfaction levels for the proposed touristic locations.
