This paper investigates current level of Information Technology literacy of users who use information systems of public administration in BiH. Based on survey results we will show that systematic improvement of Information Communication Technology (ICT) skills and knowledge of public servants who use IT tools in their daily interaction with citizens and business community of crucial importance for maintaining the quality of e-services provided by public administration in BiH.
