The current paper examines the importance of the AI and automation in improving the efficiency of the recruitment process. The article trying to define some of the major tools and instruments for better visibility and non-biased prescreen of the applicants. The authors highlight some of the major advantages and biggest constrains in implementing and using recruitment software tools in the modern organizations.
