Abstract:
In this paper, a grid-connected hybrid energy system consisting of microturbine, fuel cell, photovoltaic system and inverter is presented. The study is focused on determining the optimal configuration of the system, which will meet the electrical and thermal load, respecting the total net present cost. HOMER software is used to achieve this purpose. The emissions of pollutants are also analyzed.
