The Design as a concept has a dual character - in practice we recognize it in design activities, and in science in discovering the arrangement of elements and methods for building new systems, interpretation is simply a matter of focus. Design, as a recognized scientific discipline, is a relative novelty for the research community and includes both the creation and dissemination of new knowledge. The Science of Design can be defined as a methodology and as such includes content analysis, methods and principles related to the study of information technology in the construction of information systems. Using this methodology, we will try to reveal the sequence of construction of the Personal Information Management System, which is gaining popularity mainly after the adoption of the General Data Protection Regulation.
